Not a bad gym with a pool. I use the weight room, regularly and it is the reason for the lower rating. After work, it is crowded, as would be expected, however there are groups that come daily and more or less close off large sections of the weight room for hours, taking all of the bars. The weekends can be worse with young children and toddlers playing in among the adults lifting free weights. If you can avoid these times, it not too bad.

I come to the gym almost everyday, the room when we left heavyweight, sometimes during rush hour it's fall of teenagers, and it's very hard to workout right.
Another thing, you should have towels by the front desk, lots of ppl Don't wipe after them self.

Great basketball court great pool and the gym is great

Took videos and pictures of Lakeland hills YMCA the teens were pointing middle fingers and cursing

The pool is pretty nice , also the place is really big . I'm always going here during the weekends to work out.
