When my family and I were in the process of looking for a rental home in preparation for moving to Maryland, the utmost important qualities we were looking for included location, unit commodities, price/size, distance to my government job in DC and school districts. Kaiser Park wonderfully provided all of these, and much more. It is in safe neighborhood, quick access to highways, close to Baltimore and Washington DC, and in Howard County School District which is rated top in the state. Our move-in process was easy and Britney and Michelle worked marvelously with us to make our transition from across the country seamless. I would recommend Kaiser Park to anyone looking to move to the area.

Been here for about 3 months now. I am satisfied with everything and it has everything I need for a good price. Anyone who disagrees is a liar! Michelle is at the front desk does a good job of helping me out with any problems I may come into and strives to get the job done. Thanks Michelle for the great service!

In Overage  we like to live there , first reason good school for kids ! then we like our apartment because it is very bright . But there is also couple coins : when windy outside in our apartment too noisy and kids afraid , roof is bouncing , really scary even for me . But We think it because on the roof mounted solar batteries . and Second , there is really small water boiler (heater ) . Only one person can take a shower at a time and very fast , because if you will spend more than 5 min in the shower you will frizzeee there :( . But everything else looks OK !! GOOD maintenance , really fast and professional . Nice office staff too !

Overall terrible experience. Terrible neighbors and be careful to make copies of everything. Management is nice but I would not suggest living at this apartment complex.  Very expensive for not that great of value. In addition pet friendly complex is subjective.  Be wary of neighbors as they are passive aggressive and very rude. Terrible environment to live in.
