This Riggs doctor failed to inform me that a simple question about my irritated eyes was outside of her services, according to my coverage. Because of that simple question that did not last for more than a minute, I'm getting charged $123 extra! She did not inform me anything about this particular question. What is a doctor for, or what does Kaiser cover if I'm paying so much to see a doctor in the eye for 15 minutes?!?
