The nurses and staff at this location is very helpful, easy to talk to and they notify family members of the progress of the patients. My mom been there two weeks and its been so good. NMS is way better than another nursing home she was staying at in Riverdale. Her floor smells good, when I talk to the staff there is no ATTITUDE. The place is ventilated, clean and looks so good. My only recommendation is more seating, phones in the room and more parking.

I AM FILING AN COMPLAINT AS WE SPEAK. THIS PLACE HAS LEFT MY AUNT IN FECES ON MORE THEN ONE OCCASIONS. THEY DIDN'T GIVE MY AUNT ANY PAIN MEDS FOR OVER A WEEK. THEN COMMITED FRAUD WHEN ASKED IF IT WAS DOCUMENTED. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE.
