I would take my kids there again. The staff spoke spanish and english. The care was attentive and I appreciated the warm staff.

Been to both the Greenbelt location and Hyattsville location and it's a lot of the same. The wait times are terrible and no one seems to be on the same page. I got x rays a while ago and I've called to follow up on them 3 times over 2 weeks and they still aren't processed. They were done in house when I could have gone to CRA(I really regret that decision). On multiple occasions, I've been having here for 3 hours+ and I always have an appointment. Their staff isn't terribly unprofessional but they seem pretty apathetic to my concerns. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, sure they have decent hours but it's not as if you'll get seen in a reasonable amount of time anyhow.

I received a decision-changing experience on my last visit to med-ped. Before then, I had written off the hospital with a mind of changing hospital due to some lack of professionalism displayed by one of the medical technicians in handling of my request for medical record release. Consequently, I stopped going to see the doctor and I was mad with the hospital. But recent visit shows lot of positive improvement, new medical technicians that handled my hanger (due to long time of waiting, hours beyond my appointment time), professionally with courtesy, made sure I left the premise satisfied and still apologized for the delay. This made me rethink my decision to quit using the hospital. Good job to the management committee for the employee reshuffling, it is an indication that somebody is watching.

Med-Ped Health Care has the best staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the physicians are very professional and sweet. I always get the best service when I come in. Setting up appointments are very convenient and easy to do. I would recommend this location to anyone.
