Its kaiser medical.. They take there time to get you in and rush to get you out.

First visit went well. The doctor listened to my history and how I have managed my medical needs in the past with previous doctors. The second time I went in I saw a different doctor who would not listen to what I had to say and didn't believe me when I answered her questions. She was extremely rude and not helpful with the medical problem I needed advice on at the time.

Connie Widdowson Condescending, rude, arrogant, and the worst experience with a health care provider I have ever had. Wouldn't let me talk, she kept cutting me off, and everything I would say it seemed as though she argued. Apparently if a procedure is done according to them anywhere besides kaiser they don't acknowledge it. Horrible bedside manner. Literally had me in tears. this woman is an obgyn which is shocking. She should be a prison guard with her attitude. Still a week later and I feel completely violated. This woman should not be practicing medicine much lest gynecology.

Two of the recent reviews gave the offices a very poor review. I couldn't disagree more! My personal physician is there and he has been with Kaiser more than 15 years. The Lab is fast and efficient. RX's get filled much faster than WC. The ability to communicate with your doctor through email is efficient, fast and saves both patient and doctor a lot of time and travel (for the patient).

I had to cancel an appointment at the last minute because of a dying family member and the person who answers the phone in cosmetic dermatology was extremely robotic and unsympathetic. I usually don't receive this type of cold treatment from Kaiser.
