Dr. Thames and Vicky always make sure that my new glasses deliver the best vision acuity possible. My eyes are difficult to provide the right prescriptions for, but they never give up until the lenses create visions which are crystal clear, from distance, to reading and to the computer in between, with one pair of glasses. I recommend Dr. Thames and Vicky most highly.

I visit annually for exams and probably every other month for adjustments and repairs and have been doing this for years. There has not been one visit where I haven't been treated like "one of the family" - whether I'm there for 30 minutes or 5 minutes. I look forward to seeing the whole gang every time I'm there. They know their "business" in and out and treat their patients with respect, dignity and care.

Melanie Mason, O.D. and the staff were helpful, friendly and easy to work with. The office itself is clean, organized and has a decent sized parking lot.

As always the Staff and Dr. Thames were great. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I especially appreciate their ability to accommodate my tight schedule. I bought both Contacts and Glasses there this week and felt that I got a great deal. I would highly recommend that someone looking for a new optometrist schedule an appointment with Dr. Thames. You will be in good hands.

Great service from all staff members and Dr. Thames is very experienced and knowledgeable. We have been attending his office for the last 5 years, and will be adding our young children onto the account in the near future (ages 5,3, nb). The staff does a great job of interacting with the little ones as well as adults. Appointments are convenient and they show great flexibility when changes need to be made. Location is right off of 680 with plenty of parking.
