My daughter and I both have good experiences here. We are always greeted with a smile, and everyone is kind and attentive. My personal experience with Dr. Olson is awesome! She is gentle, kind and reassuring. It makes you look forward to your next visit!

12-5-2016 It is amazing to me that I can't get a call back from anyone in the Tigard Dental Office in the last 10 days. This despite 3 messages and several calls to departments that couldn't review all my information on line, and said I must talk to my dental office. I saw another post about misunderstood bills and ignoring the member's concerns, and felt compelled to write. My story is a long and arduous one of misunderstanding and miscommunication. I've been a Kaiser member for 6 years? and while under a group plan with a regular independent representative had very good service on all fronts, until having my group plan terminated due to changes in the "Affordable Care Act" on 10-31-15. While in the process of switching to a Kaiser individual plan, I found there to be a terrible disconnect to ensure that this was a seamless transition during a very confusing time, considering how important our health and dental coverage is. First, my agent didn't know the rules and neither did Kaiser about how the transition would work and said we have continuation of coverage only later to be told we didn't, and this was mostly affecting my wife's coverage. We went through a month of having no coverage or services for her, and then after the fact (in December) told we did. They then wanted back premiums for November. I went through the dispute process twice claiming we had no coverage, but was turned down twice. That left me to lawyers and arbitration, but it wasn't worth my time or money, so I knuckled under and paid the back premiums. We've had no complaints with actual dental services. That leads me to the reason for this review. Horrible service by the administrative side of Kaiser dental. When the transition was taking place in late 2015, we were told we had dental coverage, but were never billed directly for dental premiums. There were many partial awkward bills for services, but nothing that stipulated dental. My premiums for dental and medical premiums were, I assumed all billed together. I called Kaiser to set up my premiums to be billed by credit card and thought this was for all coverage; similar to what I was quoted. Finally, in March, the billings became normalized and have been ever since, but then in October 2016, we were sent a significant bill for dental services that I knew couldn't be right, because we always paid for services as we go and paid our premiums all along, or so I thought. I called and spoke to someone in the dental office two months ago, and was told that my wife had no dental coverage! I was sure it was a mistake, however, they told me that my wife's coverage had been terminated back in January. In shock, I explained my story and asked for an audit of services and premium payments (I've never received it), and thought that any reasonable person and company could simply go back and pay the premiums that were missed. At that time, I was told that I could write Kaiser and dispute my concerns. I did that, spending many hours of documentation and back and for the with a rep, and that still ended up with a no, nothing doing, that it was simply my mistake for failure to pay premiums on time! The "good news" was, I could apply for new coverage for my wife at the beginning of the year. Whoopee!! My wife has been left in a lurch with dental needs and no coverage for 3 months, forcing us to go outside to pay full price for our services and owing Kaiser a substantial bill for services rendered. I've now been on hold for almost 50 minutes, the time it took to write this review, and the background music and in between messages still go on, "a member of our dental team will be with you in a moment..." Next thing I know my bill will be sent to collections!! Wait I'll call again...ha ha. Seriously, how can I stay with this company and it's terrible, disconnected administrative services?

Have been a victim of malpractice with Dr. Grishwin. He is absolutely terrible with his patients. Don't like their overall customer services and financial services person.
