I’m only posting because I saw some negative reviews that I found to be misleading. I was met with very fast and comprehensive service. The Urgent Care facility looked more like an ER, at one point I had to check that I didn’t arrive at the wrong place. The nurses were kind and helpful. The doctor was very attentive. I’m not certain why other would expirnce long wait times, but at all hospitals there is a tiage nurse. If they evaluate you and determine that you can wait, other sicker patients will be seen first. It’s unfortunate, but hospitals aren’t Tire Shops. It’s not always first-come, first-served. I was very impressed with this Urgent Care facility.

Fast service, more of a hospital setting but definitely much more of a comfortable setting then your typical urgent care. Warm blankets and comfortable seats.

Saw Dr. McCormic at the Urgent Care on 4/19/17 @11:30. The other review is right, they want you in and out. Forst I was told it would be a three hour wait, than magically somebodynwas there to help me back? I was sent home, after a quick x-ray, and told to take ibuprofen for an Ankle Sprain. I was in tears and I couldn't put weight on it. Was I offered a wheel chair as I hobbled out, no. 

In summation, the insurance and combined medical coverage is a racket. Group Health did ok, Kaiser is garbage.

hours of wait time will give you plenty of time to find a new health care provider. Terrible customer service at check in, patient care was sloppy and rushed, but... the building is really nice- if hospital ambience is your thing. Group Health seems to focus more on volume of people through the door, than quality medical service. They need to staff up and focus on patient care before I would think of recommending them to anyone else.
