If you like raw pizza dough and management that won't refund your purchase then you might like this place. Ordered a simple thin crust and picked it up. Brought it home to discover it had wrong toppings and t was undercooked. Drove back and exchanged it and got another undercooked pizza. Called a second time and I had to request a refund and then I was denied the refund because the manager on duty said he "would have served that pizza to anyone".... clearly, he served it to me. Manager said he would give me a $10 gift card if I brought that pizza back again. Wasn't going to waste a third trip out there for a gift card I'd have to spend on another raw pizza from them. In short, go elsewhere to find cooked pizza or save your $30.

So I think that the bartender thought there was 5 people eating my meal. This is ridiculous how huge my Italian beef and sausage plate is. And unfortunately tasty as well. A doggy bag please so I can eat for the rest of the week. This has always been a favorite place of mine for pizza so I thought I'd venture out try something different for a change. Luv it and so will you. Give "em a try and you won't regret it. Kaiser"s rocks!

Love this restaurant. The service is wonderful. The food is super delicious. I love the fact that you can go to Kaiser's and can choose from pizza, sandwiches, salads, and the list goes on and on. (Try their BLT Pizza or Beer Nuggets. Awesome!) They do it all deliciously! Everyone can get what they want. Give this place an A+!!

This place has super inconsistent quality and terrible customer service. I've been a customer for a decade and had loved their pizza. Their pizza used to be consistently really really good (super crispy crust, sharp sauce, good toppings and cheese), however, starting this summer the quality became really inconsistent. I ordered a pizza tonight and the toppings were wrong. But that didn't bother me too much. What bothered me is the fact that the the top half of the crust was raw dough and the bottom half of the crust tasted like cardboard. It literally was the worst pizza I've ever tasted. Completely inedible. The sauce also tasted different than normal. And the cheese was partially burnt. We called Kaiser's at that point and they said if we wanted a new pizza, we'd need to bring back the old one. We made sure to explain what was most likely wrong with the current pizza: that the crust was made way too thick. We were trying to help them figure it out so that it wouldn't happen again. So we made the second 15 minute drive back to Kaiser's, returned the inedible pizza. Second pizza had the correct toppings. The sauce was different than the last pizza and different than usual. It tasted like someone had gone crazy with some dried oregano. The worst part was that the crust was still super raw on top. And the cheese was again partially burnt. We ate one whole piece of pizza and some of the toppings off a few pieces, but couldn't stomach any more. Raw dough really isn't meant to be eaten = stomach ache. We called back and let them know that this pizza crust was half raw again. They never offered a refund or anything and weren't apologetic. We called back again and asked if they knew who was making the pizzas on the last day we had it that it was good, so that we could potentially call back the next time we wanted pizza to see if it was the good person who was making it before ordering. They didn't know. We also explained how horrible customer service it is to make someone drive across town twice in one night for inedible raw pizza without even offering a refund and apologizing. We asked for a refund. At this point they aren't going to issue one. It's currently 10:01pm and we still haven't eaten dinner because we had to throw out the pizza, we wasted an evening driving back and forth, and threw away money... Very disappointed. You used to be soooo good Kaiser's! What happened?? Update: Just heard that Kaiser's got new management this summer. So I guess that explains how their pizza was super good and consistent for a decade, and why now it's awful.

Food is amazing atmosphere is cool and hip, plays nice music. The servers are so nice and the food is reasonably-priced.
