Horrible service. Yea they make sandwiches fast but this is the second time they use old, hard bread. Screwed up my order the first time so I got a free sandwich card. No details saying I have to choose the small sandwich. The ruined the #9 to begin with. So they decided to charge me the difference which is 1.48 between the small and club size... but charged me 2.48 because they added cheese and roast beef on the order. So much for a free sandwich card being free.

I live in Milwaukee and I work in Kenosha and I avidly purchase Jimmy Johns, by far this sub (I had the country  club) was the freshest sub I've ever purchased. The tomatoes tastes like tomatoes and not freon, the lettuce was crisp and so was my cucumbers and hot peppers. This sub made me think that all the jimmy johns locations in Milwaukee really aren't doing their job. Just my opinion though.

Jimmy John's' food is so good. It's fast (and that's what they're known for) the people are nice, nice selection of stuff, clean place, and overall nice. Pretty much every place in Kenosha is pretty good and especially clean.

If you like $5 lettuce and mayo sandwiches, this is the place for you. Not overly impressed with the menu. Tried it 10yrs ago...tried it again tonight...I'm good.

Good sandwiches. I can't speak to the speed of delivery, but there's often a painfully slow moving line inside the building. Despite having two registers, I've only ever soon a single cashier taking orders.
