If there's not stray dogs running around then there's people living there. My 18yo dog and I were attacked by 2 large stray German Shepherds recently and a stray Rottweiler a few years ago. Bad enough having to try to keep my dog away from the used condoms and syringes laying around the trails in the first place.

Aside from accasional hobos and heroine needles and drug-addict corpes, this place is a great place for kids. The black man that lives in the playground is nice and lets you take pictures with him.
