Love the play area, but it needs to be cleaned more.  To have a birthday party there is WAY too expensive.  We paid $99 for a hideously lit room just to keep us away from guests while we enjoyed cake and Ice cream as to not be disturbing.  Then they charged $10 per kid who attended the party on top of it!!  The fee did not include anything but the unimpressive room.  The kids had fun thankfully... and that is what was most important, but there is no way I am ever doing a party there again.

It's not perfect and some of the equipment needs a bit of updating. 
But 
My 5 year old daughter loves it, and never wants to leave. My 1.5 year old son loves it. It's fun, it's crazy. They sell coffee and beer and pizza and not at crazy inflated prices. 
And sometimes that's all you need.

Great place! Wish I would have started coming here a long time ago. The lady who works here is super sweet and has a way with kids! My son really likes her. The food is great and really well priced. We will be back!

Great place during the week day. On the weekends or evenings, be prepared for a clientle that doesn't necessarily feel rules apply to them, and your children may learn things you wouldn't normally approve of. However, despite the unsavory families during the busy times, we repeat visit Monkey King a couple times a month with our 2yr old and 4 yr old. 

Its pretty darn clean, great play structure that works for many ages, and comfortable enough to join the kids as an adult. They have a smaller section for toddlers that works well when parents keep thei older children out of it. 

Food can be passed on, expensive DiGiorno frozen pizza, and some kids meals. A few beer selections are nice and some boxed wine. Ice cream as well. Its a decent outlet for the kids. We recommend it to our friends with kids, but with a disclaimer. Your kids will enjoy it at least, and kudos to the owners for a great effort!

It was my first time going on the 19th for my nieces birthday and we loved it i like how the adults can play on the structure with their kids
