The Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs Office is honored to provide assistance, information and advocacy to veterans, family members, active duty, guard, and reserve military members of our great state.

Story

Established in 1945, the Kansas Commission on Veterans Affairs Office treats all veterans, their relatives and eligible dependents with dignity and respect. We strive to be good public stewards of state resources and conduct all of our affairs with the highest standards of ethics, accountability, and transparency.

-Discussions or suggestions of illegal activity of any kind.
-Hate speech and profanity including but not limited to disparaging language based on race, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, and age.
-Classified and proprietary information or other content that violates legal ownership interest of any party.
-Information that may compromise the safety or security of the public, public systems, the State of Kansas, its agencies, officers, employees or public officials.
