If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I've had nonstop issues with DCF. My first issue was they wanted me to resubmit my employment info, which is fine so i did so. They lost my paper and cut my benefits then the daycare came after me with a 2,000 bill. A bill that was supposed to be covered by DCF. Then they made me file for child support, no biggie. so i did. they completely cut my benefits saying i wasn't complying. once i told them i filed for child support months ago they fixed it weeks later. now they cut my benefits yet again saying im not complying! I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING I WAS ASKED TO DO. These people don't know what they are doing and really have no business being employed. this place is trash. i wish someone would come in and hire people who have an IQ higher than 4.

My first time at this office...I'm a 47 year old man who has never experienced a life with no income, and Cindy my case worker sat me down and I immediately felt at ease! Everyone their from the security guard to my final meeting was more than helpful! I truly am grateful!

Hope u plan on spending all day there because that's how long it takes and rude people work here
