Ive had nothing but great customer service. Brandy is always friendly and was a great help when picking out a vehicle. Chris the service manager is great as well. The vehicle runs great and i will def do business with them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

the vehicles here are way over priced and all have high mileage. Not even a week after driving my truck off the lot the check engine light came on. I took it to a mechanic and was told it was the catalytic converter. Which is expensive to replace. I reached out to Karmart and was told that I needed to bring it in so they could run a diagnostic on the vehicle. mind you they charge $60 an hour on top of whatever the cost of fixing the vehicle is. So luckily I had a friend who removed it completely. Shortly after this the heater quit working. Which I ended up having to fix as well since it was in the middle of December. In the end I ended up paying $10000 for a $2500 vehicle. I really don't understand how they've recieved good reviews. Unfortunately at the time I needed a vehicle fast and didn't have the credit for a new one so I ended up here. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Please go else where! Try going to mills Chevrolet in Davenport Iowa. They work with you regardless of credit.
