I get flowers from my hub often. Time after time the arrangement I receive are wilted and half dead within days. I expect a fresh arrangement to last at least a week. I have even been short a rose in a bouquet of a dozen long stem roses. The person delivering is always very nice. I'm editing my review because I just saw what they charged my hub for a bouquet of 6 white and 6 red (not long stem) roses. Over $100 is definitely not worth 3 days of flowers

I was a bit reluctant to use this service based upon the google rating but I was more than impressed with their customer service, very helpful and did an excellent job taking care of putting together an arrangement for me at the last minute.  Very friendly and quick!

Worst customer service I have ever had! I am from out of town and needed a quick arrangement for someone. I am a florist myself and did not have access to any of my materials, so I decided to use them. They were very rude and made me feel like I was ignorant for requesting the arrangement I wanted. I have been in the floral business for many years and have never dealt with any company with such poor customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone and will share my negative experience with all that would considering using them. I will never go back to this floral shop!

The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! They are all willing to help you and the best part is they are not pushy sales people

The owner is not very friendly. I wish they had a better costumer service. Flowers arrangements are very expensive for how much flowers you get.
