Coming to Dr. Karl Smith is a breeze, the check in and check out process is so easy and quick. I've been a patient for about a year now. The Doctor is always very comforting during my visits, never a problem.

I have had dental issues for years and my anxiety of dental visits has only increased over the years. Finally I found Dr. Smith and his great staff. They have been able to put my mind at ease.

My experience with Dr. Smith was amazing! I came to his office  through a referral and from then on I have, and will continue to see him! The entire organization is first class, my experience and treatment plan was thoroughly explained and outlined. I had a dental emergency recently and he met me at his office on a Saturday on the way home from a ballgame for one of his children,  to me that speaks volumes. Dr. Smith cares about has patients and his staff along with his office manager Beverly round out the best dental office/team in the area!

Update: I spoke to my dentist at 9:00 pm. She told me that Dr. Smith would help me with my mouth pain. I am trying to erase reviews of Dr. Smith . Dr. Fuentes who I trust reassured me that he is a good man. I was upset after speaking to colleagues at a homeless shelter where I volunteer. Dr.Smith said I was unkind to his Hispanic worker. I guess he didn't realize that for thirteen years I have worked with ESOL children in public schools, nominated teacher of the year I was proud of my background in diversity and helping children. I think this might have all been a miscommunication. After speaking with Dr. Fuentes, I felt comfortable that Dr. Smith has his patients well being at heart. I am not opposed to working with him. I would also like to rectify any miscommunication about how his nurse felt toward me. The office staff is sweet and funny and I hope to get to know Dr. Smith through my dentists eyes. Dr. Smith is very forthcoming about his recommendations and treatment plans. He has helped prioritize what I need done and we are working through everything one step at a time.
