I recently purchased a new vehicle through Karl Knauz BMW.  The entire process was run very professionally from the first interaction to the delivery of the vehicle.  I really appreciated how our salesperson, Shane, went above and beyond to provide timely, responsive, and honest communication from beginning to end.  He spent a considerable amount of time with me and was creative in helping me solve for the type of car to meet my many requirements, including opening my eyes to a vehicle I love but wouldn’t have initially considered.  To top it off, we received great financing and they were up front with all options. Thanks for making my new vehicle purchase a great experience!

So frustrated because I've tried talking to a service rep about my parking button and three other buttons being stuck on my steering wheel. Brought it in to have it looked at and see if he could clean it the best he could and it still gets stuck. So when I tried asking him if I could have it fixed and if it'd be covered under warranty he told me it wouldn't because it looks like I spilled something on there. I know i didn't because I'm the only person that drives my vehicle and I've never spilled anything in my car. Besides it wouldn't make sense that only three buttons down a straight line are stuck on my steering wheel and only the parking button. I assume the whole thing would look messed up or get stuck as well. After trying to explain that I have no idea what's wrong with it and explaining it wasn't anything I did he still proceeds to tell me it would cost over 1k for a whole new shifter and then about $350 for the buttons on the steering wheel.. there's no way I'm paying for an issue that I didn't cause. Now my car is telling my I have a parking light malfunction and when I called to see if it'd be covered a woman on the telephone said that light bulbs aren't covered but then a different service rep said I could bring it in and it should be covered.. don't think I want to come back since I can't get a clear answer anymore. 

UPDATE: I’ve noticed where the guy tried to clean the buttons on my steering wheel and the shifter there are SCRATCH MARKS! It looks like he dug into it roughly with some hard object, I’ve never seen something as unprofessional as this.

Great experience at Knauz!  Shane Lyon was terrific throughout the whole process...from providing details on the car, through negotiations (yes, even the negotiations were a decent/respectful experience), and all the way to delivery.  Visited two other BMW dealerships and Knauz had the best price by far.  A real first class experience!  Would strongly recommend Knauz, and specifically Shane, to anyone looking to buy a new BMW!

Great experience! Great sales rep Shane and Yale. Really knowledgeable sales team helped me find and acquire a nice BMW 535i !!SUPER EXCITED!! Definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family!

Forgetful service department. Twice forgot to order a part for a recall. On second attempt, they said it was in, and then upon my arrival, they realized it was not in stock. Now waiting 3+ months for a part. UPDATE: Recall repair is now complete and added a star after mostly positive experience with service team. However, after the maintenance, they parked my car so tightly against another, I had difficulty entering without banging my door.
