Rachael is my hairdresser and she is awesome. At 57, I finally found a great cut and style. She is consistently amazing in her ability to cut/style, but also her customer service. She makes me feel welcome with a hug, both on arrival and departure, has easy conversation and really cares about her clients.
The staff at the front counter are very nice and accommodating also.
Highly recommend Racheal to anyone.

I love this Salon! I have a stylist in California, where I'm originally from, but I had been looking for a good place to get a hair cut here in Springfield. A friend told me about this place and I love it! The staff is friendly and very on top of things. I see Nigel and he's absolutely wonderful! He's super friendly, skilled as a stylist, and it's simply a joy to see him!

I have been coming to Karma Salon for almost a decade and absolutely love it! Despite moving to Houston and now Kansas City, I always travel back to have Ryan cut my hair. He's amazing, and I love all the different styles he has given me through the years. It's always with the trip!

I'm from Texas & wanted to change up my hair while in town working. I had no idea where to go but so glad I found this place. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Victoria cut & balyage'd my hair for me. I was nervous being as I've never done any type of coloring to my hair but she explained everything to me & made me feel at ease. Awesome experience & I would highly recommend!
