I went to my stylist with a picture of the color and style i wanted. We discussed it and thought all was good.  The hair dresser elected to change her mind about the hair color and elected to not tell me.  I thought that I wasn’t informed that she was not doing what we agreed to do.Had hair dye all over my forehead and cheek, had tin foiled hanging in front of my face , and ended up having the foil cut my eyelid. Dangerous spot and close to my eye. Will not ever go back!!

Worst salon I've ever been to. I have long thick hair asked for lots of curls and a formal style for an event I  had that afternoon. Told them this when I made the appointment a week earlier. After arriving was told she only had a half hour to work on me when I clearly said it would take at least an hour if not looking for to style my hair. After 20 minutes used was told I was done and honestly it looked like I just woke up with very little curl. When I made them aware I was unhappy they still were telling me they were rushed for time so she spent 10 more minutes adding a few curls and then said I was done. I had to do my own hair back at the hotel and hour before my formal event. They were not professional, did not do what was as k ed and they were rude. Very disappointed will never go back and would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Monte,  I just want to thank you for dumping me as a client even though I had been a client of yours for many years.  You chose to give my time to a celebrities wife.  I was devastated at the time, however, you forced me to find another shop in Branson.  The stylist there recognized I had a serious problem with my hair and she recommended I see a doctor.  I have been under a doctor's care now with a very poor prognosis.  One of the things that have been identified is I was allergic to the products that was used in  your shop .  I hold no hard feelings but just wanted to tell you that when a client tries to discuss changes in there hair you might want to listen to them instead of acting like  they are just complaining.  It has taken me a long time for me to  even consider contacting you but I thought  my experience may help someone  else that goes to your shop.
