Beware of pickup in store sale may be used item: I'm always very wary of ordering online, then picking up in store, and this time I wound up having someone else pick up my order. My order for a Yeti Lowball tumbler was lowball indeed, in both price and packaging. Why do these stores take the product out of the box to sell it in the first place? Not only did my tumbler come without packaging, warranty card, but it was missing the lid as well. If I were picking up the order I would have just simply refused it and asked for a refund. Next time, I'll definitely be picking up this stuff myself, or I'm just not going to order from them, even if the price is so low. I'm actually aware of what comes with these items as I ordered directly from the manufacturer, it came nicely boxed, with lid, in plastic and paperwork inside. Looks like someone used it and returned it, keeping the lid.

Convenient BUT everything in the store is very expensive-compared to Home Depot, Lowes etc and they only carry the products that ACE corporate allows them to sell in addition to a few locally sourced items. I guess you just pay for convenience. I have visited this store over 10 times since they opened and live in the neighborhood. I just spoke to "David" to get a price for comparable Dunn Edwards exterior flat paint -their prices were $10 more for the 1 gallon , and $25.00 more for the 5 gallon version. He then directed me to the PV Dunn Edwards when I mentioned how much more the paint was. On my way to Dunn Edwards!!!!!!!! Giving up trying to help this "local" business-definitely don't mind the drive to save $50.00 for 10 gal of paint!!!!!!

When I called your store today it was answered by what sounded like a very young man or child. I ask for a specific department. The person said to me "wait one second" It took almost three minuets. I'm not sure if this person has ever take math or known the difference between one second and 180 seconds? Thought you should know. Maybe he should take a math class. My 9 year old granddaughter does.

I remember the days when small hardware stores had the best and most efficient customer service. Ducking and hiding instead is not helpful.
