The customer service at this Home Depot has gone downhill. I had to ask a guy get me a wood cart you would of thought he went to china to get it. Then I check out and four guys are watching me check out. I go out the door with all the wood not one asked if I needed help. I go out the door and I can't find the red flags. I have to go back in hunt the 4 guys down and they are looking at me like I'm from outer space. Finally it registers what I'm looking for and then he asks if I need assistance. I said no thank you

I can spend 20 minutes in the store and not see a single associate. I have yet to wait less than 20 minutes to pay at the garden center and there are zero registers open, only self checkout is open and 3/4 of those registers do not take cash. If you want to save yourself time and headache, drive one mile to the Ace on Tatum and Thunderbird. It’s poorly managed, under staffed and you’ll be lucky to leave the parking lot feeling like your money was well spent.

Excellent support from Chuck. Located GCFI options, knew his stuff, very helpful for all my questions. The self checkout machines work well enough, but don't seem to support Android pay.

Waited to have wood cut. The guy was assisting someone. I stood by and waited patiently making eye contact with him. He took off after helping the other person. I followed him down the row and he started helping someone else. He smiled at me. Very rude. I followed and waited for 15 minutes. Going to Lowe's now...
