Each time I forget how horrible the service was the last time I shopped here, I give them another chance. The service here seems to be hit or miss and I've personally felt as though it was correlated to me being a younger female shopping in a store where most of the employees are older males. There are several other forums (such as NextDoor) where there are other women complaining about this same thing. Glad it's not all in my head. I personally avoid this place at all costs now. Would not recommend.

How sad to see Artie's go down hill so badly. Alas the customer service has in my opinion become truly horrible. I've felt mistreated by multiple staff, on multiple occasions. I don't know what happened, but I feel like this might be the worst Ace Hardware in the valley.

I come into this Ace Hardware every once in a while, I definitely prefer Ace over the bigger hardware stores because of the customer service. This specific time I came in to rent a Uhaul truck which I had no idea they even did until 2 days ago which is very convenient. When I came back to return the truck as I was waiting for the guy to check the truck and check me out, I asked one of the girls behind the counter if they sold Motrin, she said very politely that they don't but went out of her way to check their first aid kit and offered me Ibuprofen, I politely said thank you but I will stop and grab some. 
Never in a million years would something like that happen at Home Depot. She didn't have to do that and it's the reason why I will always go into an Ace Hardware before any of the big Hardware stores. 
Great customer service from the second you walk through the door..
