The majority of reviews for this law office lean on the unfavorable side, which is unfortunate. Thus, my four star rating will come as a surprise to most who visit the reviews here. I can only speak to my experience, which has seen some wins and some losses. First off, I have been using Katz law office since 2013 and the office has up to now handled (7) tickets for me, with one pending outcome. Three have been dismissed and I suffered (6) points and fines for three others. Yet, when I take into account the time I received the tickets that were held in violation until the actual time I was found guilty, as a NYC Black Car Driver, I concede a fair deal. My last ticket the office handled was for speeding and the office was able to gain a fine imposed with no points, which again I waver on the side of fair. There are always extenuating circumstances since there are many restrictions on driving which impede my ability to do my job effectively. And with extreme enforcement of traffic laws taking place throughout NYC, specifically Manhattan and Brooklyn, I caution the professional motorist to be vigilant in their everyday driving. Also, while you might find it hard, try operating your vehicle with some sense of consideration for other drivers. Try pulling over to any empty space, rather than right out in traffic or not forcing your way back into traffic as if you have the right of way. It's a harmful assumption to think a person HAS TO ALLOW you back into moving traffic. I hope that Katz can be of service to you if you choose their office for legal assistance.

This Law Firm took 1800.00 from my wife to handle some traffic violations stemming from roughly 10 years ago and did not do anything they promised. Furthermore, when attempting to establish contact with them to inquire what the problem was and why they accepted the money but wasnt doing the work promised, they would simply pass you off to another partner saying they would see to it that your case was handled and call you back (which never happened). Now after 1 year, cases still open, suspension after suspension due to them not showing up for hearings, etc., my wife is now having to deal with the courts herself. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this Law Firm if you value your money. They will rip you off and leave you holding the bag that you started with! Katz Law Office......., karma will come for you. When you do people wrong, you will never be successful no matter what. I hope that 1800.00 that you took from a woman that is 100% disabled was worth it. See you soon🛇

Horrible service and bad employees specially Patrick, they just want you to pay for nothing and give you promises and waste your time. My advice is to not go to this office.

Me n my cousin gave these liars 2 ticket one for speeding one for cell phone both wore found guilty they careless about anybody ticket they charge each one of $325 they didn’t show up in court they don’t wave any charges instead they got my license suspended if I would have know I should’ve read there review before. They should be out of business
