I had a wonderful experience at the hulen kay jewelers. The manager, Tasha assisted me, and all of the associates working there seemed lovely. I came to this location after having a terrible experience at the Ridgmar location, and Tasha was very accommodating. She not only answered the questions and provided information to me about my purchase, she informed me of my options and helped me resolve the issue entirely. She really took her time even though it was minutes before closing time, in fact I think I was there a few minutes past 9. She did not rush me and made sure I understood and was satisfied with my purchase. I cannot thank her enough for turning what was a terrible experience, into a much better one.

My family and fiance's family have been loyal Kay Jewelers customers for years. After our experience here, we will never shop with Kay's again. Associate Cassie assisted us in purchasing our wedding bands. However upon return to the store to make another payment a different remaining balance was quoted. We had our receipt from the initial purchase and spoke with several associates and store leadership to determine the discrepancy. Cassie had not properly entered the rings into the system when we were in the store. Instead of contacting us, she simply re-entered the information into our account and forged my signature as approval. Not only had the original transaction not included the correct items, she included warranty packages we made clear we did not want. The different transactions state clearly they were at different times and the hand writing does not match up, very obvious fraudulent activity! The forged signature even matches Cassie's hand writing on the business card she provided us. Manager Jonathan said he was sorry but that was it, he would not honor the prices we agreed to when we were there, but expected us to pay charges that were assessed without our permission. I understand mistakes happen at the cash register, but a simple phone call explaining the situation would have only taken a few minutes. Fraudulently signing a customer's signature is absolutely unacceptable and is in no way a business practice I will tolerate.

Very poor service and staff are not knowledgeable of special designed jewelry. They undone my 3000.00 puzzle ring and did not want to put it back together. Very poor management. Not recommended on doing business at this location.
