I am EXTREMELY upset with Kay's. A diamond fell out of my wedding ring in April. It was sent back twice before it came back somewhat ok. The repairs manager was completely rude to me during the whole process. I decided to take it in a couple of weeks ago to have it redone once again because it was about to be paid off and since it still didn't look like it did when I got married I wasn't completely happy. The prongs around the diamond that fell out were bigger than the others and the diamond was not in line with the others on the row. It came back on Wednesday and was still a bit too spaced out but I decided to go with it because it did look better. Tonight, Sunday, FOUR DAYS later I looked down and the diamond diagonal from the original one that fell out is now gone. I've literally had it back 4 days and this will be the fourth time it has had something wrong with it. Not to mention I have had it less than two years. I will no longer be a customer of theirs and if my ring isn't replaced I will be reaching out to the district manager to figure out a solution. Very disappointed!

I bought an engagement ring here in April of 2016 and had an awesome experience. I was talking to a friend of my girlfriend who was helping me pick out a ring, so what I was looking for was constantly changing as I stood there trying to find the perfect ring. I ended up finding the perfect stone in the wrong setting, but they happily offered to hold it for me until a diamond show that was coming up where they'd have a bunch of new semi-mounts to display. At that diamond show I found the right setting and about 45 minutes later, they put the stone in the setting for me. This Kays was the last jewelry store I visited after exhausting all others that tried to show me rings that were 3 or more times what I was able to pay, and they were the first and only store that offered to take a diamond from another setting and put it in the one I wanted and could afford. This is the only place where I buy jewelry now, and I've had great experiences with the staff every time I've gone in.

I walked into this store to have a battery placed in my Coach and Michael Kors watch and the customer service reps refused to assist me. I will never purchase anything from this establishment nor would I recommend anyone else to shop here!

Had a great experience with my now wife a week ago. Benjamin was a huge help to us! Definitely would recommend them!

I saw an item online and wanted to purchase as a gift.First, we stood for quite some time before we were acknowledged. Second, I waited in line to ask a question the salesperson walked off like she didn't hear me. All if the employees except one acted as if they didn't want to be there (one salesperson was rolling her eyes like she was bothered while helping a customer). Third, there were quite a few customers in the the store and the lady behind the register stopped helping a customer to go lock the doors ( it was about 8:45). By the time someone was able to help me I had waited almost thirty minutes and then they didn't have what I wanted and it was too late to go elsewhere. I usually like Kay's Jewelry, but this experience was horrible, especially the lack of customer service.
