On Dec. 31st I went into the store and wanted to by a tote. I was not greeted at the door nor did anyone seem to realize I was in the store. There were four other people in the store but were being helped by one person since they came together. However, the other associates did not even notice me. I left the store without buying anything. I went back to the store on Jan 5 and bought my tote. The two young ladies were very nice and helpful way better than the previous associates from Saturday, so I will gladly give those two ladies a 5/5.

WORST experience EVER!!! I have purchased several different purses for my wife as gifts, and MK store in the mall gave us the WORST EXPERIENCE we've ever had... Especially considering I just spent $600 with them the week before. My wife & I were randomly browsing the store a few days before Vday & she picked out a few purses that she loved. The Sales Associate was very helpful. The next day I went back to MK & found the same Sales Associate (Jaleesa) & she said she remembered the exact purses my wife picked out & helped me pick out the purse, wallet & a rhinestone shoulder strap. She told me that my wife could bring back the items & trade them out for a different color if she didn't like them. No big deal.... My wife opened the Vday gift & didn't love the colors at all. The wallet was silver, strap was dark gray and the bag was off-white. I told her "no big deal. lady at the MK store said you can take it back & get the colors you want." Sunday, my wife takes the receipt & the bag, wallet & strap back to the MK store. Jaleesa greets her & tells her manager (ALEXIS) the situation. Alexis says NO IT CANNOT BE SWITCHED OUT because it's been almost a week. There was still plastic pieces on the hardware of the bag. It still even had the little plastic pieces on the bottom of the bag where the metal is. I asked the manager several times why I was told it could be exchanged out if they had ZERO INTENTION of doing so. The manager was very confrontational & raised her voice several times. I told her I'd be contacting MK & ALEXIS flat out said she didn't care. The whole situation could have been handled differently & it's APPALLING that she is left in charge. Her attitude & behavior were unnecessary.
