I have gone to the marion store several times, I even have a credit crd there. However, I will not be returning! I have a necklace and a wedding ring that i take in every 6 months to have them inspected and cleaned. this last time i took my necklace i had had it sent in to have the chainn fixed and upon getting it back the lady just shoved it in a bag and handed it to me. so when i took it out to put it on i notice the whole chain was full of kinks. so not wanting to break it again i walked right back to the lady and asked if she could please help me to straighten it and maybe use her magnifying glass to see it a little better, as the chain is very small. she was very rough at tugging on the chain making the kinks worse and said she couldnt help me that if i had that big of an issue with it i could send it back in. Not even offering to take a better look at it. She then took it and put it in a box handed it to me and said here this is the best i can do. you tell me how putting it in a box fixes the problem? I have been to the padukah KY store and they were much friendlier and instead of having to wait 2 weeks to get back a botched chain from repairs they gave me a brand new one and even offered to replace my old pendant with a new shinier one. from now on i will be driving the extra miles to go to KY! your service was just awful and it is every time i go in.

Employees are desperate for people to sign up for their credit card and asked my friends and I to sign up even though we were only walking through.
