Don't get me wrong, I actually like Kay Jewelers but would not recommend this location at Ingram Mall. I lost one of my ear backs to my earrings so went in looking to purchase some as the ones I had previously bought lasted me a long time. The lady at the counter was really rude. I had purchased the last ear backs without any issue but this lady was giving me a hard time. She needs to learn a different approach. I'm not a child who you need to speak in a condescending tone towards. Will not ever be returning to this location but I have never had a problem at other locations. 

And yes, the ear backs were for earrings I purchased through Kay Jewelers.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I went in there to get a lovely gift for my Mother for Mothers Day and as soon as I walked in I noticed no one wanted to help me. The lady that did help me gave me so much attitude and seem like she hated her job. I asked her how much a bracelet was and she said they range from $49 to a HUNDRED dollars and exaggerated the "$100" as if that was a lot. I guess since I'm young she didn't expect me to have any money. I felt embarrassed. I didn't catch her name but she's an old lady with short hair and highlights, fake nails, and glasses. Screw you. I probably get paid more than you do and if you hate your job then QUIT lady. I went to Zales. They were lovely and helped me. I will never go to Kay again and I will tell everyone to never go there either. I called to speak with the manager but they never called back. So, I'm just letting you all know dress like a million bucks if you want good service I guess.

It was a great experience for me. I actually went in there in look for watches for my husband and I came out with a beautiful wedding band for my myself. The lady was very nice and treated me with respect. I didn't know that I was even going to buy anything.

They have always helped me and my husband with great customer service. My husband and I enjoy going in just to look. Nothing but smiles and they are always ready to help.

Went in to look at a small promise ring and the 2 women in there were so rude and demeaning. I will never step foot in that place again and I'll make sure my husband never does either. Seriously Zales is right across from them in the mall and the people at Zales were much nicer.
