Absolutely love Once Upon A Child. Great clothes for great prices. But customer service is the worst at this location. Not just once, but several times I've walked in and all employees behind the counter see me, yet no one will so much as say hello or welcome me or even smile. Today i went in to sell some items, the cashier looked at me and smiled, then turned away. So i stood there for another min before another lady turned around and asked if i needed help. She then tells me that they no longer accept items in bags, which i knew, but now apparently they will not allow you to transfer your items to one of their bins, according to corporate. I'd really like to know if that is even true. If so, then that's really sad. And very poor customer service in my opinion. I've never made a review anywhere, so you can imagine how these ladies made me feel.

Typically when i go into the store i bring in a box or two of items i am ready to pass on to another family who could use them. This store is a great way to give back to everyone and feel like you're getting something back. Not every item brought in the store will be taken... A lot of the time i get back a lot of items, but they usually always do take at least 5 or more items and are willing to give store credit or cash for the items they need. They take items based on what they need and what condition items brought in are in. I will always try this store before giving my kids' stuff off to a thrift store... Love it:)

Just left and I normally come here whether it's to sell or buy and the customer service has always been horrible new management or not I always see the same girls and they take forever to offer assistance and always make me feel like they have better things to do! Now I just drove across town to sell some winter clothes my son out grew and no where on the website does it say they don't take items in bags... before in the past times that I have gone they have given me a bin if I didn't bring one in but this time I wasn't offered a bin I was just turned away and mind you I was like the second person In the store as it opened they could have easily taken my clothes to look threw right out of the bag the lady before me they told her to just walk around it would only take 10min and they would call her I would not have minded the 10 min since I had already drove 20+ but no instead I got horrible customer service and wasted 40min of my time! I will not be coming back at least to this location!

These people knowingly mark up so many of their items. They are royally screwing people that are looking for a good deal. And the staff is rude and knows nothing about customer service. Went to buy over a $100 worth of items and happened to price check a snow suit for an upcoming vacation that was priced at $35. It was on sale at gymboree for $15. So I'd have to pay more than double for a used item? I asked if they would mark it down, I would have even paid $15. I showed her the ad and she said no. I asked what they were planning to do with the item then, she said put it back out for someone that wants to pay $35 for it. So I told her she could keep the items, I don't want to do business with a company knowingly screwing people over. She happily said "ok!" I've also never seen a company happy to lose a $100 worth of items, but that's the kind of employees they higher I guess. Definitely won't be back.

I used to love shopping here for my daughter but recently the customer service is terrible. All the employees have been extremely rude and act like the customers are a nuisance. Sorry to say I won’t be shopping here anymore.
