We just got new flooring for our house. We love working with Mike and Sterling!  They have an awesome showroom and always give us great service!  We also had a great experience with their installers. Thank you for everything!  We are so happy with our flooring!

They seemed like a good company in the beginning but it has turned out to be the biggest pain.  They are near impossible to get a response on jobs.  They don't finish the job and the job they do has problems.  I had glue in the carpet, parts that didn't reach the wall and garbage left under the carpet you could feel when you step on it.

They also damaged my walls removing the coving in one of the rooms.  I have yet to get them to respond to phone calls to come fix the wall and replace the coving they say they took to get binding.   It's been 3-4 months since I first engaged them.

I wonder if it will ever get done.  Very frustrating.  I do NOT recommend!

I found Mike and Sterling flooring a great place to buy carpet.  They were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking both the carpet and padding. Their prices were very reasonable and they did the whole job from taking out the old carpet to vacuuming the new was done very professionally with genuine care.  I enjoyed working with them.

I needed new laminate flooring at my shop so I called these guys and they got the job done! Mike and Sterlings Flooring America has great customer service. Best flooring company in Utah!

Update: I just finished my basement and had Mike and Sterlings do the Carpet, tile and Laminate. It looks absolutely amazing. Sterling is the guy to work with he will make sure that you are taken care of. 

I was worried about starting a project like re-carpeting my home, but the staff at Flooring America made the process seamless. I am so happy with the quality installation and great tips to keep my floor looking like new!
