The staff was very warm and personable. The owner came over to greet us and welcome us back. The food was outstanding as always and I was given a birthday dessert with a candle for my special day. We try to dine here at least twice a year.Highly recommend Kazan for their Donna kebob.

We have eaten here twice now and both times it has been a 5-star experience. The service was excellent. We were greeted by the manager upon arrival and were promptly seated. The furnishings are of quality and the ambience was almost club-like. The server team is attentive without being intrusive; we hardly noticed them, but our glasses were always full and used plates were removed quickly. Our waiter is probably the best waiter we have had at any restaurant. Really took great care of us. No, I haven't forgotten about the food. Beef, lamb, eggplant, Turkish tea, dessert...we ate like royalty! Nothing was just average. Everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. Top that off with a reasonable check, and appreciations from the manager and staff as we left. Perfect evening.

This was truly a memorable experience. The food and staff was amazing. Highly recommend if you like Mediterranean food.

One of my favorite places ever! I recommend to anyone I meet to come check out some classy Turkish food. One of my to go dishes is the Country Style Chicken. This is my comfort food. Perfectly cooked rice with yogurt, spinach and super juicy chicken. Kazan is known for their great food and also their great service and hospitality. They treat everyone like family and feels as comfortable as eating in your own home with your family and all your loved ones.

It looks like a great place. The atmosphere seems like a good restaurant. However, we were given a table on the sidewalk which has been enclosed temporarily. That took it down a notch. Then, the service was infrequent. The worst was the food. The salads were very clearly from a bag with one cherry tomato, a ring of red onion, and one slice of cucumber added to each salad. My son (who is a professional cook) got some mediocre crab cakes. He later found those same crab cakes in the frozen food section of the Giant Supermarket next door. They were the cheapest kind available. My girlfriend and I had a couple of their signature dishes and suspect they were also frozen, but haven't found their source yet. They would have been decent for something you microwave at home. For the three of us, dinner was about $100. We will not be back. It's sad. I've been to Turkey and did not have any meals that were not outstanding. I expected something much better from this place.
