I had dinner here while visiting friends. They raved about it and it lived up to its reputation. The food and service was great. The portions are generous and the prices are very fair. Being Italian, I am very critical of Italian restaurants but this place made the grade

Really enjoyed my visit here. I ordered the Meatball Sub, and it was much better than any meatball sub I ever had. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very authentic. If you are ever in the area, give this one a shot!

The kids and I ordered the Alla pizza and the butternut squash. Both were fabulous in size, flavour  and presentation. The entire order came out faster than I had expected. The total order was $50, a tad high for a pizza and squash, especially since they only gave the kids one small glass drink without refills. 

The restaurant was clean and well maintained including the unisex bathroom. 

I didn't give the fifth star for two reasons. 

1. The soft drink glasses are small and with the ice, gives barely four ounces or half a can of soda.  It took forever to get my glass refilled and after an hour dining time and three requests, my kids never received a refill. For kids this is too much and there was never water brought. 

2. The table at our booth was shaky and made eating a challenge. 

I short, this could be a five star location if the servers didn't disappear with the refills (you need a drink when eating Italian food) and if they tighten up the bolts on the table legs.

I grew up eating at this restaurant & the food is excellent for a very good price. Service is quick & friendly. The quality of the food is consistently very good whether you get pasta, pizza, fish or veal dishes.

First Bite was a YES!!!!! Pepperoni and Sausage. Seasoned. The meat has flavor.  First time but not last.
