Michael Keating and his entire staff have always been incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and dedicated to making sure that all claims are resolved ASAP. Having Michael as an independent agent to represent me (even when the claim is not your fault) has been a VERY valuable asset. Because of the representation he provided me, I saved hundreds of dollars while getting my car repaired. I cannot recommend Michael and his company enough.

For the entire time I have been driving and far before that my family has trusted Michael Keating and his outstanding agents with our business. Time and time again he goes the extra mile to ensure that not only do we get the best deal from numerous different insurance companies, but the coverage we need. The service they give is outrageously helpful, and you can always expect to hear back from them within hours. I cannot recommend the Keating agency enough, it's like insuring with family.

If I can give 0 star, I will give 0 star for the service. I ask for a quote and it takes forever and I didn't get any response from them. I called several times for check it up. The manager and the sales are so inpatient and never responsible. If the Keating Agency didn't have enough people to handle the customers, hire more. Worst agency ever.
