I was interested in a rental property that the company posted on Zillow. I reached out to try and schedule an appointment to view the property, but the time they suggested did not work for my schedule. I tried to suggest new times to which they responded contact them next week if the property was still available. The property was still available, so I contacted them again. They once again suggested only one time that didn't fit my schedule and were unwilling to agree to times that I was available. You guys are in the real estate industry. You need to learn to be flexible with your schedule. You definitely lost a would-be customer.

If you're looking for agents who know the Intown market and look out for your interests in the process I highly recommend Ben and his team.  On his advise I walked away from the initial offer on a house in Cabbagetown because it was too high a price and the inspection was horrible.  I ended up with a lovely home in Oakhurst with good equity.
