Horrible experience I have good credit great rental history and was denied. So I basically wasted $50 on the application fee.

Before we left, the place in which we stayed was rat-infested in the walls (which smelled) and there was a huge hole and leak in the ceiling of the master bedroom that was never attended to. You will NEVER speak to the property manager about any maintenance issues or concerns but instead, his secretary. We left homeless due to issues that could have been resolved if we were given notices but there was no communication with this company that made anything easy. Good luck and best wishes to anyone who works with this company.

If I could give this realty company a zero I definitely would. The property I am currently renting from this company was previously managed by Waddell and since this company has taken over my experience has been awful, especially since January 2017. I have emailed work orders and also call and spoke with the secretary several times about broken/damaged (due to nature and normal wear and tear) including a rodent problem (a rat)  they have yet to contact me. I have tried to take care of this with issue by requesting a meeting/ appointment with the office manager and of course they have not contacted me to arrange this appointment. I have been forced to contact Muscogee County Inspection Department. Do not rent from this company.

Went to get keys for a rental house,  sign said open but door was locked, called no one answered, left a message and still haven't got a call back about getting the keys.

I recently had to transfer a security deposit from their escrow to a new property management company and asked the deposit check to be made out to the new management company and the tenant and they refused saying that it was my problem and they wouldn't help and cursed me out! So  we are out $500 bc they have ZERO customer service skills if I could rate them a Negative 5 stars I would!
