We're very big fans of Keith Field in our house. Top notch service from a knowledgeable, local jeweler. Hannah helped us swap out my wife's wedding and engagement bands for platinum. She had great recommendations and was a pleasure to work with. Keith & Andrew helped my son buy his first Benchmade knife. (I say "first" because I suspect he'll be back after he earns more money this summer.) Happy to recommend the team at Keith Field and looking forward to doing business with them again soon!

VERY POOR Customer service! I went there because of an ad on Christian radio but no longer listen to their recommendations. I needed to return a pair of earrings in original gift box and bag - he refused to exchange them or refund Fifty odd dollars -  Minus on the 5 Star scale!

I have bought a number of pieces of jewelry here, including a wonderful tourmaline pendant for my wife at Christmas. They are both highly competent and honest. You will not get the smiling B.S. sales personalities that the chain stores specialize in, so if that is of paramount importance, go elsewhere.

I recently visited Keith Field Classical Goldsmith on Main Street in Brunswick, Maine.  I was shopping for my wife and daughter for Christmas and had an excellent experience.  They had a great selection and were able to help me make decision that were ultimately quite successful.  Great customer service.  If you have the chance - definitely check them out.  I highly recommend their sea glass earrings: a beautiful, truly unique Maine inspired gift!
