Prolete not only was helpful to my recovery, but was a blast to go to! The staff was always so welcoming and friendly, they genuinely cared about me as a person rather than just as a patient. I highly recommend Prolete as THE place to go for any physical therapy needs, they made it feel like a family! The exercises I did really fit my needs, pushed me a little more each day, and challenged me in the best way possible. Soon enough my sprained ankle was strengthened and flexible again to the point where I felt no pain during the exercises! Thank you Prolete for everything and for being my place of choice for PT, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Prolate Physical Therapy is the BEST! I have been seeing Dr.Keith for chronic neck & back pain.  Dry needling has changed my quality of life! He is so knowledgeable, trustworthy & totally cares about you! After a recent ankle injury I can’t thank  Marie, Lindsey & Caitlin enough for their care. And besides the pt we also always had fun chatting!  Both locations are clean, modern & fully equipped. From the moment you walk in until you walk out everyone there is so friendly & kind! Thankful for it being recommended to me-Such A Great place!!!!

Very thankful to Nick at Prolete who worked with me on a pulled muscle in my chest that just wasn’t getting any better. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind, as was the entire staff. In addition to my experience, my husband also worked with Ainsley after a pretty bad collar bone break and could not have had nicer things to say. Plus, we’re both feeling 100% better! Definitely recommend Prolete and the Milford location. Thanks Nick and Ainsley!

I have seen Marie for numerous injuries over the past year and she has been wonderful. She is the type of physical therapist that wants to actually help you and keep you moving at the same time and she gets you better. She is quick to diagnose injuries and treatment is doable and effective. The whole company is great front desk staff very friendly they seem to really care about their patients would recommend 10 out of 10 all the time.!!!!!!!

I had a very good experience working on my plantar fasciitis with CJ. He listened to my description of how my feet were feeling, showed me straightforward rehab exercises, and gave good advice on how much to dial back my regular exercise routine while recovering. When I tweaked my knee before an appointment, CJ jumped right in and came up with a good routine to strengthen my IT band and other muscles around my knee. Thanks!

My first time ever doing pt and it was the best here. All the Nick and the other staff were kind. They helped me out a lot with my ankle and got me back up and playing sports. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Very friendly staff.  Very knowledgeable. Within weeks I regained range of motion in my hip after a car accident. Within 2 months completely pain free!

I was treated by Helena at Prolete with excellent results. She clearly explained the exercises and was always very encouraging. I highly recommend her.

Can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve got quite a few times for back and neck issues and both Helena and Katelyn have been excellent in helping it improve! The combination of massage, heat, stretches, and exercises is great. I love that they print out the exercises for you to do at home. If you need to a physical therapy, I’d definitely go here!

I started here for pelvic floor PT after having my son in December, and ultimately also ended up with an injury from a car accident in February. I’ve seen Marie and Lindsay and for a period of time a student Olivia as well. Everyone is incredible and truly listens to what you are saying and does everything they can to help. Liz and Marnie at the front desk are great too, always super helpful!  I would recommend them to anyone.
