I, too, would give it minus 20 stars if that was an option. I wish I would've read the reviews online before starting physical therapy with this location.

I would give it minus 20 stars if that was an option . I went there in March 24th 2016, for an 11:10 appointment and didn't see the doctor until 12:24. I was never apologized to or told anything about the wait. On the contrary when Dr. Malin finally came into the room he was arrogant and rude. He never asked me what I was there for , he looked at the computer and turned to tell me there was nothing he could do for me. I proceeded to tell him I was in excruciating pain and he shrugged his shoulders and said I would have to live with it until I lost weight( which I am in process of doing) and then I needed a knee replacement.He was so rude about it all that I left there in tears. I will never go back and would recommend anyone considering going there to reconsider.

What a disaster of an experience. Called on the morning of my appt. to confirm, showed up early, sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and was then told I had another hour and a half before being seen along with a half hearted apology. Who runs a business this way? Needless to say I will be finding another orthopedist.
