My husband and I booked a trip to Greece over the summer last year and everything went very smoothly. We booked our own flight but we did our iterinery through Keka’s Travel. Someone was always on time to meet us and take us where we needed to be. The hotels they chose were nice too. Would book my next trip through them again!

I purchased two tickets from this company from ATL to Miami which then departed to Chile I received and email with the confirmation number 7XX8F8 for flight 4418 on American Airline with departure time of 18:32 on January 10 2016. I paid tickets were $961.56 each and a service fee of $207.04 for these tickets.

Upon arriving to the airport i checked in with the flight receptionist. I gave them my confirmation number. The attendant said that my flight did not exist. I asked her to check again after several minutes of waiting holding up a large line of people waiting to get on their flights she told me that my flight did exist but for a different hour. According to her my flight was suppose to leave at 15:30 Approximately  that day however I told her that and i showed her my email. She said that the issue is not hers since I bought these tickets through the agency. She told me to call the company which I bought these tickets from. After calling this company Keka's Travel Agency INC. I had no one answered the phone as they thought it was a good idea to close on Sundays. After speaking with the receptionist and her manager they told me that I had to take it up with them and that there was nothing else they could do.

I had to leave the airport humiliated with my son and my wife who due to this fault of professionalism from this company was not able to see her family whom she had not seeing in many years, I had to call my and her family in Chile which would have been waiting for us at the airport and tell them that I was uncertain as to which day I would be able to see them once again. This hurt me truly and deeply my family means alot to me and we had been arranging this get together for many years now.  

I was finally able to get in touch with this company the next day. I explained to them what had happened.... or atleast tried every time i tried to talk they would just cut me off or tell me that everything was my fault. They insisted that the email was just a "quote" I have never in my professional life as a business owner or traveler receive an email with a confirmation number flight number and time that was just a "quote" The person I spoke to from these company was condescending, aggressive and right down barbaric in the way the talk to a paying customer who just spent thousands of dollars with their company.

This company will never see business from me my family, my friends, my company, my associates, my business partners or ANYONE that I know.

With those kind of reviews I will never buy a ticket from Kekas travel.
