THE WROST... THEY CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT I NEEDED TO BE EARLIER AT THE AIRPORT TO BE AT 7AM  THAT MY FLIGHT WILL LEAVE AT 11:30AM... WHICH WAS A LIE I WAS 12 HRS AND 45 MINS AT THE AIRPORT SINCE MY FLIGHT DIDN'T LEAVE TILL 7:45 PM.. WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER... AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TO OFFER ME A BOTTLE OF WATER FOR MY DAUTHER..AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A TICKET FOR FOOD FOR MY DAUGHTER THEY TOLD ME THERE IN THE AIRPORT THAT THERE WAS NO ONE THERE FROM MARAZUL AGENTACY TO GIVE ME A FOOD TICKET TO BE ABLE TO BUY MY DAUGHTER FOOD AND SOMETHING TO DRINK... THIS IS THE WROST... AND TO TOP IT OFF WHEN I GET TO CUBA THEY DIDNT SEND MY BAG TILL THE NEXT DAY WHICH I HAD MY DAUGHTER MEDICAITION INSIDE MY BAG.. I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE MORE MONEY TO WAIT FOR US AT THE CUBAN AIRPORT AND  I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE SOMEONE TAKE ME BACK THE NEXT DAY...

This is  the worse experiences that I ever had in this country , this people told me that I will get my passport  in few months , at that moment my mom was really sick in cuba and I decided to travel to the isle ........... , well I have been waiting already a year , every time I call then i got the same answer :" THAT IS THE WAY IT IS", I asked for my money back and cancel this , but they refuse , I feel insulted ,robed , with not rights , like living in CUBA again .Perhaps this is not Mar Azul fault it  is the Cuban  office in Washington , but mar Azul should take the financial responsibility , because they are the ones doing the transaction, if you are about to do some business with then , think twice ............
