NIGHTMARE ! We booked our vacation through this travel agency and it was the worse decision we made. Do no use them. If i could write a bad review every day I would to avoid someone from going through what we went through. They clearly advised us of everything that was in our package. We asked SEVERAL times to make sure and each time it was confirmed. As soon as we arrived to the hotel, we quickly learned it was all a scam. There was nothing included of what they told us. After long attempts of trying to get a hold of someone, several messages later, they tell us we misunderstood them. It was beyond disappointing every time we asked for something at the hotel and they had to tell us over and over again that we were not given the correct information. This company is not trust worthy.

Our trip to Dubai was incredible amazing. The itinerary was exactly as it was scheduled. Great and professional service from Risa Travel.  We will definitely travel again with Risa. Fonseca is very knowledgeable of the travel industry. We are ready for the next adventure.

I'm giving Risa Travel a 5 star rating because the experience was superb from the get go. Our agent America was truly amazing and very helpful throughout the whole process. My husband and I found what we wanted and had a magnificent time on our trip. I highly recommend them and will be returning.

This was the best experience ever, Risa travel was always there for all of our questions before the trip, everything that was stated on our trip documents was accurate and more. Beautiful hotel, the service was spectacular,  they made us feel like home away from home.  The food was 1st class, lobsters, champagne,  caviar, the cocktails were absolutely delicious.   Me and my whole family are starting to plan our vacations next year and Risa Travel will be again our choice. We recommend Risa Travel 100% and the Paladium Royal Turquesa staff

horrifle place! They will rip you off.  We booked a weeks vacation to punta cana.  The day we were leaning our bus returned all of us from the airport saying the plane broke down.  We had already checked out so there were at least 100 people left with no room all day, the agency never had the decency to provide us with another room even though the fight was rescheduled for 2:40am the following day.  We had small children and elderly people in wheelchairs in the hotel lobby all day and night.  The agency kept lying to us, saying the flight could happen anytime, just to keep us quiet.  Don't waste your money with them. So many people displeased and upset and they eventually stopped picking up the phone
