As first-time buyers, my husband and I were terrified of the home buying process in the beginning.  We didn't have the biggest of budgets and since our lease was ending on our rental, we had a specific window of time (about four months) to find a home. I was really worried that we would not be able to find a place, much less close escrow within that time frame... It seemed as if the odds were truly stacked against us. Little did we know, we had an ace in our back pocket the entire time! We toured a good amount of properties, and after a few offers, we found THE ONE and were able to go into escrow and close in time with room to spare. 

Melissa is prompt, professional, and she really helped us to understand the ins and outs of purchasing a home.  To say that she goes above and beyond for her clients is an understatement.  She was there for us every single step of the way and really fought for us when we needed it most.  If you want a Realtor who is going to be in your corner and whom you can trust to have your best interests at heart, look no further.  Aside from her killer work ethic, she is truly a caring individual and it shows in the quality of her work. Thank you Melissa Huk! We could not have found a better Realtor and we are proud new home-owners because of her and her expertise.

My wife and just sold our home with Melissa Huk and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Melissa was an exceptional aid through this endeavor. We definitely felt Melissa went above and beyond with our marketing and her high degree of negotiation skills are unbelievable. We obtained much more then we expected.

I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. Recently, I found the desire and need to buy a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me a variety of homes until I found Melissa. She has always answered every email or call. Her professionalism,  knowledge, mentorship, honesty, and hard work ethic are much appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell me a house, but that she was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.
