My wife and I relocated from NC a couple of years ago leaving behind what we thought at the time was our dream home.  Shea Realty worked with us every step of the way to help us find our CA dream home.  Jon took the time to understand our needs.  He was honest, knowledgeable, flexible and always on time.  We couldn't be happier with our experience or the home Shea realty helped us find.  We would recommend them to anyone and if for some reason we move again they will be the first phone call we make.

Have worked with the Jon and Jeff Shea at Shea Realty a few times now.  They were fantastic to work with each and every time.  They are extremely professional, honest, and hard working. The Shea’s and their team were amazing to work with on the selling and buying end. In a super competitive market, they helped us find the perfect fit for my family. They also ironed out the wrinkles when we were faced with a very “difficult” seller and and a stubborn HOA. To top it off, their extended team of painters, flooring experts and mold removal experts did a fantastic job. We love our new home, thank you Shea Realty for the value you continue to provide months later!
