As a first time home buyer, my expectation on this experience was only based on what I've heard about from family and researched myself. The verdict is out and the home purchasing experience SUUUUUUCKS!!!!!!! It's over complicated, way too drawn out, and as great as e-signing is, I wouldn't call it an innovation or re-designing the way home buying/selling works. It feels feels barbaric and quite possibly the only remaining glimpse of how cavemen used to do things. 

With that said, Keller Williams was fantastic. They made the mess of an experience that is home buying, as smooth as they possibly could. We received great recommendations, some of which we accepted, and others where we came to our own conclusions. As a rookie, I felt like they were more interested in helping me to understand the process and succeed in my housing goals more than hustling me for more cash/higher commissions like auto dealers do, which was much appreciated. I'd definitely use them again.

Very disappointed with this realty. Very unprofessional and unethical. We tried to purchase a home being brokered by Keller Williams SVR, and the realtor(josh E.) would not return our phone calls or be upfront about anything. At first we were told we would know if if they accepted our offer by Saturday, and the realtor called our realtor and told him they would make a decision by Monday at noon. The listing was even updated online to tell people they needed to have their best offers in by Monday at noon.  We waited patiently. Monday came and we heard nothing. Our realtor called and texted him all day and did not hear a response. It's Tuesday morning and we are still waiting for a response.
