Tamera was the sellers agent for our home we just bought; she was terrible at communicating with our agent, wouldn't answer calls or emails, we'd call for important questions and she wouldn't answer but would text back. Week of closing, told us light fixtures that were used for her sales pitch would be taken by the seller, her stage movers took all the remotes to fans and tv which she would not get back to us costing us a few hundred dollars more. Said the yard would be cleaned up as Daybreak has strict rules, it was a mess when we finally got keys (neighbors told us they tried to contact them months before we closed to have the yard tidied but no response) Pictures on listing were old, didn't even show the landscaped yard (which benefited us as we came to see it in person but looked terrible on MLS)

TAMARA was fantastic to work with. She did not waste time getting my home listed. I received a full price offer after only four days on the market. She kept me updated during the entire process. If you want someone to get things done. This is the place!

I really appreciated working with the Zander Team. The Zander Team definitely went above and beyond to not only make sure I received the best deal possible as the buyer. Dave Marrott  even took time on his Birthday and Anniversary to place and follow up on an offer so that we didn't miss out. Corey Zander, Tamara Zander, and Robyn Backwalter also took time to personally offer their advice and expertise in the process, especially when I second guessed my initial decision and decided to switch my offer to a different property. I definitely felt that I was able to make the best deal possible on my new townhouse because they all worked together as a Team rather than having the mindset that I was just Dave's client and not their concern. Jessica worked as my transaction coordinator and she was organized, efficient, communicative, and helped make the paperwork process so much easier for me. I have purchased 5 previous properties and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Thanks Zander Team!
