Kris and his team recently help us sell our home and we couldn’t be happier! From the beginning, Kris was helpful, professional and fun to work with. He is also a true expert in real estate and has great connections, which made the whole process easy and seamless. He was only supposed to sell my home while we worked with another agent to buy a home; but Kris ended up helping us more than selling our home because he was prompt, diligent and most of all, really good at what he does. He made sure that we understood every step and that we were very well taken care of throughout the process. We also managed to work with one of his teammate, Tristan, and he too, was very helpful, prompt and knowledgeable! I truly will never work with anyone else in real estate but Kris and his team!

Kris Bowen and his team are consummate professionals. These are people you want on your side. If you are buying they will help you find the right home at the right price and have the knowledge of the market needed to help you negotiate and get the right price. They also know the right inspectors and other companies to help you buy with confidence. If you are selling they will earn their commission by helping you understand your home's real value and by maximizing your sales price. Instead of just listing the home on the MLS and waiting for buyers to come (like virtually every other realtor), Kris and his team will market your home to the right people to help you get the most of of your home. Great communication, great attitude. Top notch service.

Kris and his team were amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market and offered great advice. He answered every email and text and phone call very promptly. His team is completely on the ball and very easy to work with. They also answered every question promptly and professionally. The selling process was so much easier than I anticipated because of Kris and his team. I would highly recommend Kris to anybody.

 Listed our Holladay home in Aug 2015 and sold it by the end of Oct 2015. Kris made the home selling as good as possible especially since I was doing most of my end long distance from SW Idaho.  He has a great sense for homes and realty business in our area.  Could not have been more pleased w/ my home selling experience w/ him.

Kris is an excellent agent with an excellent team.  We had had a bad experience with agents prior to Kris.  Kris made the experience easy and enjoyable.  Kris is the agent you want.  He has a great knowledge of the markets and market value of homes.  His insights and ability to advise on selling and buying homes in great and a must have to make sure you get a great deal.
