Story

Team Kelly Elaine inc is all about teaching you how to make your curls the best they can be.
We specialize in only naturally curly hair and YES we work on all curl types. No heat tools to straighten or smooth curls are ever used. We also never perform and straightening or relaxing service. It's all about embracing the CURLS!
Kelly and her team have a very diverse background in curly hair training. Kelly also shares her knowledge as a leader in the Naturally Curly Hair community.

I have been coming here for over two years. I have been to many places that "claim" To cut curly hair. They try to cut it, or they put you with the stylist that has curly hair. Let me tell you from experience- those experiences for me have been horrendous. Now at Kelly Elaine my hair has NEVER looked as amazing, and as healthy as it has here. I have never received as many compliments as I have before here. This team here truly cares about you, your family, and most of all your curls. They make sure before any cutting is done it's what you will want. The style will work best for you, your face structure, and your curls. They are ever so accommodating in everything they do. I have never been to a salon where they care so much about their clients. They have events where they bring in special guests! I am thankful to have Kelly Elaine and team in my life.

I was not happy with my service here. The cut was great but I did not get the service that I should have with paying $180. Kelly knew that I wanted volume in my hair. So instead of using a defuser and styling my hair the way I like it, she put me under the dryer so that she can cut other customers hair. I was also told that my full service would be with Kelly, I had 3 different people. One cutting, one washing and one advising products to use in my hair. I will not go back here. Beware...the desk lady Danielle will give you an attitude if you express what you don’t like about the service. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

LOVE THIS PLACE! I went for my first ever "curly girl" haircut and my expectations were exceeded! (which were already high because my roommate had just gotten her haircut a few days before and it was gorgeous). They take time to sit down, listen to you and what you want, they dry cut it (the best way to cut curly hair) and take you through a whole tutorial on how to wash and style it (something hair salons never do for curly haired girls). They use their own products but do not push them on you whatsoever---I bought them all anyways because I loved my hair so much! The environment is warm, friendly, and the customer service is amazing. Worth. Every. Penny.

I always feel welcomed at the salon. It is a joyful atmosphere. Never do I wait long to have my hair done. Victoria is a great stylist. She listens to what you want and also advises what is best for you.

Kelly and Victoria are both AMAZING! They create a fun and comfortable atmosphere, not to mention they make your curls look out of this world!!
