Don't waste your time taking clothes that are not baby or toddler... they typically take nothing and give you nothing for the little they do.  The employee had the nerve to tell me they were dated from 2006... ummm, sorry, but my son was born in 2007 and I purchased them brand new... at most they would be two years old.... next excuse was they only buy SKINNY jeans... (that was what I mostly took and were in very good shape)

Great place for on a budget... if you smoke cigarettes, they may not buy your clothes though

I have been shopping at Once Upon A Child, Monroeville, for over 3-years now and have only ever had truly a 5-star experience!  The Staff is phenomenal, particularly Susan!  With a 3-year old Grandson and a 6-month old Granddaughter, I am always shopping Once Upon A Child for whatever it is they need, and whatever it is I am looking for, I can always find in their store.  The products are in excellent condition, very nearly brand new, and the store is always clean, tidy, and well organized!  

In a rare event that I am looking for an item that they currently do not have, Susan is always happy to first take a look around the store to make certain what I’m looking for is unavailable, then she gladly write a note to let the staff know that when that item is available, to please call.

I think that in today’s readily available retail  environs, sometimes it takes more than just that stores products to retain a customer, and the integrity and ethics I witnessed first-hand from the entire team at the Once Upon A Child, Monroeville location is astounding!  Last year, while making my way to Once Upon A Child, it was a most unfortunately incident for a child that was the victim of abuse…  witnessed right outside the door to Once Upon A Child, a child was getting a severe (to say the least) beating, not only did I step-up to the Mother to confront in opposition her need for such brutality, but the entire staff at Once Upon A Child stepped-up to oppose the outrageous behavior of this Mother, while calling the police. 

Not only is Once Upon A Child a store designed all about children, but the entire staff has a person belief and interest in the well-being of children, they are truly phenomenal!  …as a dedicated patron, I am proud to support Once Upon A Child, Monroeville.

Its ok if you like trading in nice clothes and getting $1 offered for them.

Great place for gently used clothes! I find a lot of new clothes that I buy ! Cheaper prices than regular baby stores.
